coal mining heritage
My proposal for my final project for my degree is to write and illustrate a graphic novel, and a potential topic this will be based on is my family’s coal mining heritage. This summer, I have been exploring my family tree, visiting museums and researching the history from a range of media.
I have been using this as an opportunity to practice my inking and portraiture skills, all to prepare for my comics once third year starts.
