about
Eleanor Rigg is a Yorkshire-born, London-based illustrator and writer. Specialising in comics, her biographical works focus on the overlooked-yet-beautiful moments of everyday life; meanwhile, her interests in c19th/20th history inspire the plots of her fictional and reportage works, giving the unheard a voice.
A staunchly analogue artist, her go-to mediums are graphite, the dip pen and charcoal, with the occasional painting to add a splash of colour to a largely monochromatic working palette.
