Eleanor Rigg is an illustrator and writer from West Yorkshire. Specialising in the sequential form, everyday struggles and history are big inspirations for her; exploring 19th/20th century Britain in historical fiction comics and picture books, with the aim to give the unheard a voice.

Currently in her final year of study at University of the Arts London (Ba Illustration), she is working on her first graphic novel that explores her Yorkshire roots and coal mining heritage. Preferring to work traditionally, her go-to mediums are inks and a dip pen, with the odd oil and acrylic paints.
